Predicasts

Predicasts-US provides information on all U.S. manufacturing and service industries and covers a wide range of business and technology related subjects. Company information includes sales and earnings, market share, new products, services and plants, and joint ventures.

Information on products and industries covers emerging technologies, market size and trends, forecasts and opportunities, regulatory issues, production, and consumption.

About = of the records contain the complete text of the original article, with most others providing abstracts or excerpts. Use Predicasts when you need to locate facts and figures about markets, companies, and products. The database covers newspapers, industry trade journals, and general business journals.

ABI Inform Global

ABI features abstracts and indexing to articles from over 1,000 academic management, marketing, and business journals. Coverage includes general business magazines, such as Forbes and Fortune, management and professional publications, such as Management Science and Management Review, academic journals, such as Brookings Review and Operations Research, and trade and speciality publications, such as Bank Marketing and Infoworld. More than 400 foreign publications are covered, including East Asian Executive Reports and Japan Times Weekly.

Some of the many subjects covered in ABI are: accounting, computers, economics, environment, finance, health care, international trends, law, management, marketing, real estate, taxation, and telecommunication.

Disclosure

Disclosure provides information on over 12,000 public companies listed on the New York, American, NASDAQ, and Over-the-Counter exchanges. Company data is extracted from annual and periodic reports filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

To be included in the database a company must have at least 500 shareholders of one classs of stock, at least $5 million in assets, and have filed either a 10k, 20f, or appropriate Registration Statement with the SEC in the last 18 months.

Use Disclosure to locate detailed financial information (including financial footnotes from the 10k), as well as, management information provided in the president's letter and management discussion.
