Ludmil Adam Chotkowski,  M.D. - born in Kensigton, Conn. in 1916;
BS from Trinity College, 1938, MD from Yale Univ., 1942, served with
USAR Medical Corps, 1942-1944. Between 1982 and 1989 vice-president
and spokesman for Solidarity  International Connecticut Chapter;
co-chairman of Human Rights Monument  Committee in New Britain in
1984-1989; a participant of the International Human Rights Conference in
Krakow in 1988; active in human rights organizations in US. 

CONTENT   Records of Solidarity International Connecticut Chapter and
a few other non-profit organizations that supported Polish underground
Solidarity movement. They operated in the US and Western Europe
between 1982 and 1989. Materials included: correspondence, financial
records, press releases, statements, programs, minutes, audiotapes, videtape
and a model of Popieluszko monument.
