Irene Dubicka-Morawska - born in USA in 1951, a psychologist, journalist,
and translator; an active member of Polish American organizations such as
PAC and STUDIUM; 1981-1982 Managing and Associate Editor of New
Horizon;  after Dec.1981, worked for Committee in Support of Solidarity,
N.Y.,  and Solidarity International; Jul. 1982 - Jan.1983 served as an
executive secretary, publicist, translator and typist in the Coordinating
Office Abroad of NSZZ "Solidarnosc" in Brussels, Belgium; since 1986 in
Albuquerque, New Mexico.

CONTENT   The collection consists of : private papers of Ms.
Dubicka-Morawska; records of Solidarity support organizations; statements
pertaining to the political and economic situation in Poland after 1981
published by United States government, United Nations, and other
international organizations; records related to STUDIUM The North
American Study Center for Polish Affair, and Polish American Congress. 
Memoirs of J. Przybylski, Solidarity activist, and a collection of martial 
law verses prepared by E.Sulkowska-Bierezin are also included.
