There’s More to the Story… @ the Elihu Burritt Library during National Library Week (on the week of April 24th).
The schedule of events includes:
- Monday, April 24, 9-11AM at the Library’s Entrance: “Tell Us Why You Love Your Library,” our local kickoff of National Library Week
- Tuesday, April 25, 6:30PM in the library’s Special Collection (2nd floor), there will be a reading of contemporary Italian American poetry
- Wednesday, April 26, 11:30-1 & 3-4:30, on the 1st floor, picture yourself in a READ poster
- Thursday, April 27, All day, 1st floor, “Poem in Your Pocket Day” – Pick up a mini pocket poem & celebrate National Poetry Month plus National Library Week! Also, at noon, in the Special Collections on the 2nd floor, there will be a Faculty Appreciation Lunch with Librarians – bring your own lunch & we will bring the desserts!
- All week – Research Assistance – stop by the 2nd floor, chat or book time with us (library.ccsu.edu), and catch us at the Writing Center!
- Pick up a fun Giveaway each day!
