Incorrect item sent from CSCU Library. What to do?

A patron comes to the desk to pick up a consortial loan and discovers that it is the incorrect item and they don’t want it.  What do we do?

1)  Go to the ACTIVE HOLD SHELF link









2)  SEARCH the Active Hold Shelf by either Requester name, title, etc.  search1









The last thing to do is the Scan in items to put it back in TRANSIT to the home library.
