Polish Americans been publishing books both in Polish and in English since 1860s. For few decades several big publishing houses - Paryski, Dyniewicz, Polish American Publishing Company, Worzalla Brothers, Sajewski - remained dominant position on the market. But there were also smaller publishers and printing houses active all over the United States. Some Polish American authors published their books on their own. CPAA collection consists of over 1000 titles and is still growing. The list of of short records (author, title, imprint information) is organized by states and city. Major publisher have their titles listed by date of publication, with the undated ones listed at the end.
