Off-campus access is unavailable

Off-campus access to our Library databases is currently unavailable due to a change made by our library management system vendor. They are working on the problem and they will let us know when it is fixed.

 

Update***We are working with the vendor to have the is resolved as soon as possible.  Unfortunately we have no new information yet, but will let you all know as soon as we hear.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

  1. Any updates on when we will be able to access the databases while off campus? I really need to do research and can not without access to the databases.

  2. As soon as we get an ETA, we’ll let you know. I don’t know if this helps or not, but if you are able to physically come into the library, you should be able to get into our databases. The piece that is broken relates to authenticating you as a CCSU student when you aren’t on-campus. If you are physically here, however, you should automatically be authenticated. Also, if there’s a specific article/citation/database search that you need, you may be able to contact our reference desk & have them email those materials to you, since they are physically here and don’t require that remote access piece.
