We invite you to join us at the Human Library taking place in the Burritt Library (2nd floor) on April 3rd & 4th. 
The Human Library is an event that encourages people from different backgrounds to talk with and learn from each other. The attendees, or “readers,” will join in a small group or one-on-one conversation with human “books” who have volunteered to share their unique stories. You can meet with human books for up to 20 – 30 mins. at a time per session in order to have a conversation and ask questions about the “book’s” topic. There is no actual reading or presenting of real print books.

First Session: 3:45 pm – 4:30 pm
Second Session: 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 4
First Session: 11:00 am – 11:45 am
Second Session: 11:45 am – 12:30 pm
The library will be closing at 8pm as part of the campus’ early closing due to inclement weather on Wed., February 20th. Please remember to check the campus’ cancellation website at http://www.ccsu.edu/cancel/ for weather-related schedule changes.
Dute to upcoming observance of the upcoming Presidents’ Holidays, the Library will be closed this coming Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 16 & 17).

As a member of the CCSU community you have access to a wide range of databases, e-journals, eBooks and other tools to support you in your studies, research and teaching! With so many resources available, it can be difficult to keep track of them all.
