The Elihu Burritt Library has a jam-packed schedule of events for National Library Week, so get ready to join us:
- Monday, April 8th:
- Ready-Set-Read! – All Day – Celebrate Right to Read Day! Get caught reading in the library and you may be “gifted” a Starbucks gift card!
- Ready-Set-Observe! – 2:30-4pm – Check out the partial solar eclipse with us in front of the library! A limited number of eclipse glasses will be available.
- Tuesday, April 9th:
- Ready-Set-Play! – 9am-4pm – Game Day @ the Library – Come check out our games and resources!
- Wednesday, April 10th:
- Ready-Set-Smile! – 11:30am-1pm & 3-4:30pm – Bring your favorite book and picture yourself on a READ poster!
- Thursday, April 11th:
- Ready-Set-Connect! – 12-1:30pm – Faculty liaison meet-up in Special Collections on the 2nd floor. BYOLunch; dessert will be served.
- Ready-Set-Advocate! 1-2:30pm – Tell us why you love your library!
- Friday, April 12th:
- Ready-Set-Refresh! – 10am-2pm – Enjoy a refreshing treat as you study, while supplies last.
