IN ALMA:
- Do a repository search under ADVANCED SEARCH.
- Add criteria: Local 945 field
- Sort list alphabetically
- Then export to Excel
- Once the list has been saved to Excel, do a Data/Sort again to get the list into Call number order
- This list will not pull in the multiple copies or volumes- Compare with other list and add them
- Add barcode numbers
- Do a PHYSICAL ITEM search in the repository.
- Click on More Info for the total number of Circulations
- Add to new spreadsheet
- Then add to Textbook Circulation spreadsheet as before
