Repairing Items (Updated Jan. 2017)

Any item that needs repairing should be put into repair status:

1. Scan the item in the blank box next to the blue Alma button or select Repository Search.
2. When you see the item record, click on Items.
3. Under Actions on the right hand side, click on Edit.
4. In the General Information tab, click on Process Type.
5. Select “being repaired.”
6. Click on “Save.” Item will be put on In-Repair Status.
