I have tinkered with the renewal profile for all of the books/media in the stacks. I decided to open it up and allow unlimited renewals for these materials in the hopes that we actually can get some renewal statistics. (I didn’t have any for the annual report, since we spent lots of time changing the due date, because the renew feature was not working properly.)
So, for the last week, every time I have attempted to renew something, it has worked perfectly, regardless of patron group (Faculty, Undergrad, Grad, etc.)
Alma still will stop a renewal if the patron’s expiration date is too close, that I cannot fix. But, other than that, it appears to be working ok. Let me know if you encounter any issues.
